StarwavesDesigns shopping cart is for payment via Paypal - if you haven't a paypal account, its free to sign up.Credit/ Debit Cards via Paypal. ** Please be aware, however, that goods will not be despatched until payment has been received, or until echeque has cleared. ** You can pay by credit/debit card over the secure internet payment site. All credit/debit card payments, are processed by Paypal, the same system used by hundreds of other sites. This is totally free for the customer to use, easy and completely secure due to industry-leading fraud prevention measures, keeping your financial information private, making this one of the safest ways to pay online. When paying by Paypal you can be assured I never see your credit card/debit card details.

Shipping/Postage

Shipping/Postage for the 1st item is only £2.00 - each subsequent item will be £1.00 each { when purchased together }

All my Jewellery is shipped in gift boxes, to protect them whilst in transit, so I have had to start charging for shipping/posting for the first time. They are sent first class. I aim to post regularly so you don't have to wait for your item to be delivered.

**If you require a different delivery ie:  Recored, next day (for UK only) or for Internationally Signed For, an extra charge would be made. I always ask for proof of postage from the Post Office in case an item should go missing. (Although I am not responsible for missing items in the post)

Returns / Refunds

If the item is not to your satisfaction please return it within 7 days for a full refund. I ask that you email me beforehand so I am aware of this. Damage caused whilst in the post will be taken up with Royal Mail. I do offer 100% guaranttee on my workmanship. If there is a fault, please let me know asap, and I will rectify it.
